Joto Continuous Perimeter Foundation Vent System Components
The foundation and groundsill are thoroughly insulated to increase the house’s durability.
The entire area under the floor is ventilated via natural airflow to dry it out, and the entrance and service entrances are made airtight to prevent mold from getting into the room and condensation from forming.

1. Install the sleeper support member.
2. Place the sleepers on top of the sleeper support members.
3. Secure the sleepers and the groundsill from above with nails or screws.
KP-M series
